Project significance

The premier institution of higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, King Saud University was established in 1957 to enhance the nation’s growth and well-being. To ensure the safety and smooth operation of a variety of structures in academic buildings and on the university’s campus, Al Mashrik was contracted to provide maintenance and operations services on a contract basis of three years at a time, renewed successfully multiple times.
