Project significance

Petromin is a lubricants company—and an enterprise strategically important to the Saudi economy. Located on a site bisected by a major municipal road in Central Riyadh, the construction of this new municipal facility presented Al Mashrik with design and execution challenges—which it easily overcame. The new Petromin headquarters are a twelve-story office tower, which houses 1,000 workers. A landmark in the city, the facility also boasts an exquisitely landscaped municipal garden.
